Holcombe finds victory lane at County Line Raceway with 602 Modified
Sticking close to home for the weekend, Austin Holcombe visited County Line Raceway (Elm City, N.C.) on Friday afternoon for the first night of the Season Finale doubleheader weekend.
Among 10 entries checked in, Holcombe qualified second-fastest and led flag-to-flag in the 15-lap feature for the $750 victory. He topped Ethan Wilson and Austin Self who completed the Top-3.
For Saturday's $2,000-to-win main event, Austin once again sat on the front row of the main event before mechanical issues sidelined him while leading. He was scored 16th in the final rundown.
