Austin Holcombe grabs Thunder Bomber win at Cherokee Speedway

Austin Holcombe rolled into Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) on Sunday afternoon and competed in the Thunder Bomber portion of the inaugural Freddy Smith Memorial.

Out of 21 entries at the track, Holcombe qualified second-fastest and earned a front-row starting spot for the 15-lap main event. Austin took the lead on the opening lap and led flag-to-flag for his sixth victory of the season.
